[Ojs] Server Update

Hi All

The servers are setup and the OJS software is ready to be installed.
First up is SPIL then PERLINGUAM according to Ina Smith.
After OJS is installed then Ina Smith will ask for a meeting with the
journal managers.

The journals are not available from the internet yet.
A request has been submitted to central IT to make the journals available on
the internet.
Ina Smith is following up with Joe Smit at central IT.
