[Irtalk] Open Access - LIBER

As an organisation, we were an early supporter of the Open Access movement
and signed the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the
Sciences and Humanities in 2005. In 2014, we published our own Open Access
Publication Guidelines for work produced by LIBER and we licensed our
website as CC-BY. In 2015, we launched The Hague Declaration.
