Hi All

Ben Bosman from Atmire pointed out that custom Manakin changes should
be made in the "modules" folder.
I have updated the wiki page with all the changes. This also applies
to version 1.6.0. Following the "modules" method will make it much
easier to upgrade in the future with the XMLUI. Thanks Ben for the
correction.

Please check and modify your installation accordingly. My apologies to
all who may have had trouble in the past.
