[Wcm] Workflows & publishing

Dear Web Editors,
Up until now, the approval workflows on the website were turned off. This means all web editors could Edit, Check In and Publish their own pages.

For starters, we have now activated approval workflows on the About Us / Inligting Oor Ons menu content only. This means that from now on web editors responsible for these menus' content will Edit, Check In and then have to Submit their pages for approval and publishing by the web content manager.
