[SUNScholar] Training re submission of theses/dissertations - Opleiding re oplaai van tesisse/verhandelinge

Beste kollegas

Die nominasie van nagraadse studente met die oog op die Desember-promosieplegtigheid is om die draai. Die stelsel open vanaf 1 September, waarna nominasies 'n aanvang kan neem. Ons wil graag julle hulp vra om te verseker dat elke student wat 'n nagraadse kwalifikasie verwerf, dit oplaai op SUNScholar<https://scholar.sun.ac.za/xmlui>. Oplaai van tesisse/verhandelinge is verpligtend vir elke student verbonde aan die Stellenbosch Universiteit (sien Jaarboek<http://www.sun.ac.za/university/jaarboek/2010/Algemeen2010Afr.pdf>).

Om seker te maak dit word korrek gedoen in lyn met die beleid van Stellenbosch Universiteit, nooi ons graag alle personeel betrokke by hierdie proses uit na enige van die volgende opleidingsessies, wat spesifiek gerig is op die oplaai van tesisse en verhandelinge:

Ons sien daarna uit om julle by die opleiding te sien!

Dear colleagues

The nomination of postgraduate students for the December graduation ceremony is just around the corner. Faculties can start nominating students from 1 September, when the system will be opened for this purpose. We would like to ask your help to ensure that each and every postgraduate student who will be graduating during this ceremony, submit their thesis/dissertation to SUNScholar<https://scholar.sun.ac.za/xmlui>. The submission of theses/dissertations is mandatory for all students enrolled with the University of Stellenbosch (see Year-book<http://www.sun.ac.za/university/jaarboek/2010/Algemeen2010Eng.pdf>).

To ensure that all is done correctly and in line with the policy of the University, we would like to invite staff involved with this process to any one of the following training sessions:
