[IRTalk] Invitation to Botho University's Open Access Week Panel Discussion

Dear Colleagues
Botho University is pleased to invite you to our Open Access Week
celebration aligned to the International Open Access Week celebrated from
23-29 October 2023 under the theme "Community over-commercialization". This
week, the university plans to host a panel discussion *on Oct 26, 2023,
from 1000-1200 hrs*. panel discussion on the sub-theme "*Open as possible,
closed as necessary"*.

The commercialization of research/innovations and openness was a
conflicting approach. However, Researchers/innovators can pursue
commercialization and open access by publishing research findings in
open-access journals or repositories while working on commercialization
opportunities for their intellectual property.
