[IRTalk] Full program announced - OASPA 2022 Conference

OASPA is pleased to announce that the full program for the OASPA 2022
Online Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing is now available. The
conference will be held online September 20- 22 2022.

We welcome delegates from a wide range of backgrounds at all stages of
their careers who are working in research, publishing, librarianship,
government, higher education, research funding, technology, and other
affiliated industries and look forward to conversations centred on moving
beyond open access to equitable open scholarship.
