[IRTalk] OASPA 2021 Conference - preliminary program now available

We are pleased to announce that the preliminary program for the OASPA 2021
Online Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing is now available. The
conference will be held online September 21- 23 2021.

The program is available on the conference website
http://oaspa.org/conference/ along with registration details.

We welcome delegates from a wide range of backgrounds at all stages of
their careers who are working in publishing, librarianship, government,
higher education, funding agencies, nonprofits, and other affiliated
industries.
