[IRTalk] African Union Common Repository

I have been helping the AU in the implementation of a Repository which has
replaced an old Grenstone based system. The repository contains outputs
from the AU and its constituents including its predecessor OAU. I think
this is a great resource for both scholars and the general public.

The repository is accessible at http://archives.au.int
