[IRTalk] Hilton Gibson passed away

[Michael Guthrie]

So sad to hear this news. A big loss for OA and DSpace. He was very much
the go to person to make sense of the inner workings of DSpace.
I welcomed his daily submissions to the list for OA news and resources.

Condolences to his family and immediate colleagues and the wider world of
people he helped.
