The fast-changing nature of technology has a large impact on the software
development industry. As a result, managers are constantly trying to
improve the performance of software developers in order to meet the needs
of the market and survive in the very competitive industry.

Many studies have proved that employee engagement has a strong correlation
with performance. This study hinged on this correlation and aimed to find
the aspects that could be addressed in order to improve employee engagement
of software developers
