[Irtalk] Space is very slow during Searching and Submissions

Hello,

I have been running dspace 3.x and recently when searching a document take
too long to bring the results, submissions all take too log.

What could be the problem?. I tries reindexing the DB but nothing seems to
work. Kindly Advise!
