Hi Paul-
I use a Python script to harvest via OAI:
https://github.com/vphill/pyoaiharvester

You can specify the metadata format (example xoai) as well.
I use it to pull our 7000+ ETDs in just a few seconds, let me know if you
have any questions about it.

Subject: [dspace-tech] OAI Harvesting Question in 5.4

Couple of OAI related questions on the latest version of Dspace.  We are in
the midst of upgrading a Dspace 1.5 site to 5.4.  Have it running and the
last step is to get OAI harvesting back working.

Question 1:

URL in version 1.5 to harvest records that worked was
http://scholars.indstate.edu/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=hdl_10484_1466

What seem to work in 5.4 is
http://tbr2.indstate.edu/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=com_10484_1466


Whats the difference from "com_10484_1466" and "hdl_10484_1466"?  The hdl
part doesn't seem to work on 5.4

Question 2:

When we use the 5.4 URL to harvest it says: "Results fetched 0 - 100 of
1280"

How do we get it to give all 1280 records at once?
