Dear Colleagues
See http://www.liasa-new.org.za/liasa-video/
Do you want to record a message or a presentation, to be downloaded and delivered elsewhere in the world? It can be a message from a high profile person addressing a special event or issue, a presentation that needs to be delivered elsewhere but you cannot present in person, part of a documentary, orientation video, advertisement, statement and many more.
LIASA Video uses a WordPress Plugin called Vidrack<https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-capture/>, making use of the webcam on your digital device or mobile camera. Once you are done with the recording, request the administrator<mailto:ina at assaf.org.za> for the download link. You will require VLC Media Player<http://vlc-media-player.en.softonic.com/> to view the clip. The recorded message can then be uploaded to social media (eg YouTube<https://www.youtube.com/?gl=ZA>) and be shared with people worldwide.
Kind regards
LIASA Convener ICT and Development (2014-2016)
LIASA Chair: Higher Education Library Interest Group (2014-2016)
