In 2014, the University of Florida (UF) Libraries began talking with Elsevier about expanding access to UF-authored articles published in Elsevier journals within the university's institutional repository (IR @ UF<http://ufdc.ufl.edu/ir#sthash.8XXZv3Ma.dpuf>).
