*African Digital Library Support Network (ADLSN) Training Workshop
Announcement*


*When:* 21 - 23 September 2015



*Where:* Accra, Ghana



*Who Should Attend:* Senior librarians, library managers, information
specialists, and digital content curators who would like to learn how to
create and implement necessary policies, guidelines and standards for their
digital libraries, with a focus on digital repository implementation.



*Outcome:* Each participant will leave with substantive drafts of policies
and guidelines to help them get started on implementation. They will also
leave with actionable next steps toward creating a technical implementation
plan tailored to meet their institution's digital library needs.


*Details:* The registration fee covers the training, lunch and coffee/tea
for the three days of the workshop. All participants are responsible for
their own travel and hotel expenses and any visa charges. ADLSN can help
participants with visa logistics.


*Registration Cost:* Before 01 September 2015: $400

                           After 01 September 2015: $425
