[Irtalk] The Hague Declaration

*The Hague Declaration aims to foster agreement about how to best enable
access to facts, data and ideas for knowledge discovery in the Digital Age.*
Prepared by a group of global experts, the Declaration will be officially
launched on 6 May 2015 in Brussels. Our aim is to remove barriers to
accessing and analysing the wealth of data already produced by society.
This will help us to find answers to great challenges such as climate
change, depleting natural resources and globalisation.
