[Irtalk] UNISA - Open Education Resources (OER) Strategy 2014

Information and communications technologies (ICTs) and open educational
resources (OER) have disrupted the facilitation of teaching and learning
and the way in which content is developed and disseminated. *UNISA
responded to this changing context by developing a new business model which
was approved in April 2013.* This business model provides Unisa with a
chance to engage with the opportunities that these disruptions present in
order to embrace the changing future of higher education, and to continue
to add value, be sustainable, and play a leadership role in South African
higher education.
