[Irtalk] Berlin Declaration

Does your organisation plan to sign the Berlin 10 declaration before the end of October? If so, we would pretty much like to include the name of your organisation in our printed programme. Please let me know if you are busy with the official process to get this done? We won't put it on the web until it is official, but it would great if we can have it included in the printed programme by 6 November.
