[Irtalk] Embargoes

Hello All

Running dspace 1.6.2 I have grouped all my embargoes in one collection, removed the authority files from each item and closed the collection off.  Is there any other procedure I need to follow or put into place to be sure that my embargo items are secure, this include the bitstream?
