</span></span>It is mandatory that <b>all theses/dissertations</b> (unless it counts less than 50% of the final mark allocated – then optional) be submitted to
<a href="http://scholar.sun.ac.za/">SUNScholar</a>, for future digital preservation of the research assets of our University.</p>

</span></span>Please use <b>Supervisor</b> for both theses and dissertations, and not Promoter/Promotor.</p>

</span></span>Please confirm that students have added the <b>correct information to the front pages</b> (incl. title page). Often we get that the name of the faculty is completely wrong, the submission period date is not correct, etc.</p>

</span></span>The <b>crest</b> is to be added to the title page only, and as a watermark.</p>

</b>only, according to our policy.</p>
