We're looking at next steps for Open Access Week planning and I just took a
look at the make up of our participants so <br>
far. WOW. If you haven't noticed the breadth and depth of the <br>
international group you're participating with here, do take a look. <br>
It's pretty amazing. (Do an advanced search at <a
href="../../profiles/members/">http://www.openaccessweek.org/profiles/members</a>).
<br>
We have a tremendous show from India and the U.S., plus a lot of <br>
participants from Canada, Japan, China, South Africa, Brazil, <br>
Germany... 60 countries so far are represented by Open Access Week <br>
participants. We've already surpassed last year!!<br>
<br>
This is really great progress. To help keep up the pace, we have a two-fold
request for input to share.<br>
<br>
First: <b>For those who have not yet decided to host Open Access Week
activities</b>, what kind of information would be useful for you to have?
What types of <br>
factors are influencing your decision to participate or not?<br>
<br>
Second: <b>For those whose plans are underway,</b> what type of support
would be most useful to you right now? What would <br>
you like to discuss at our next GMT-5 Webcast, or what would you like <br>
to be discussing in your region of the world? Let us know. We can help.<br>
