Gereelde navrae oor tesisse/proefskrifte
Handtekening op deklarasie/verklaringsbladsy: Neem asb. kennis dat die handtekening nie langer nodig is nie, en dat die student bloot sy/haar naam kan intik onderaan die verklaring. Die hele proses word elektronies gerekordeer, as bewys dat alle partye volgens die beleid handel.

Crest: Indien studente sukkel om die crest by te voeg, kan hulle dit uitlaat en ons sal seker maak dit word bygevoeg.

Beskikbaarheid op SUNScholar: Die tesisse/proefskrifte sal onmiddellik na afloop van die Desember-gradeplegtigheid op SUNScholar beskikbaar gemaak word. Studente sal ook 'n e-pos ontvang om aan te dui dat dit dan beskikbaar is.

Skakels na SUNScholar vanaf webbladsye
Help asb. om verkeer na navorsing op SUNScholar te verhoog deur 'n skakel op departementele webbladsye en ander webbladsye by te voeg. Dit sal help om navorsing nog meer sigbaar te maak, wat weer kan lei tot groter impak, en selfs 'n nog hoër navorsingsprofiel vir ons Universiteit. Skep ook gerus skakels vanaf bibliografieë/curruculum vitae na die volteks van items op SUNScholar.

Berlin 10 Oop Toegang Konferensie
Die konferensie was 'n groot sukses, met heelwat positiewe uitkomste, wat hopelik sal lei tot heelwat projekte, aktiwiteite en samewerking.

Frequently asked questions regarding theses/dissertations
Signature on declaration page: Please note that the signature is no longer required, and that the student can simply type his/her name below the declaration. The reason for this is that the whole process is recorded electronically, as proof that all parties adhere to the policy etc.

Crest: If there are students struggling with adding the crest, please submit without the crest, and we will make sure that the crest is added in the end.

Availability on SUNScholar: The theses/dissertations will be made available immediately following graduation in December. Students will also receive an e-mail regarding the availability.
