[SUNScholar] December 2012 theses available from SUNScholar - December 2012 tesisse beskikbaar vanaf SUNScholar

On behalf of SUNScholar, we would like to congratulate all December graduates with graduating! Your thesis is now online available from SUNScholar<http://scholar.sun.ac.za/>, the digital open access research repository of Stellenbosch University. During the past submission period 396 theses were submitted, which will now be digitally preserved for years to come.

To access your thesis, please conduct an Author search<https://scholar.sun.ac.za/handle/10019.1/804/browse?type=author> by typing in your surname. Provided that no embargo applies, the thesis will be open for all to access, to cite and to build new research on. Also link to your thesis from your CV or other web pages to the SUNScholar page. Google will also soon start indexing all to increase the visibility of SU research output. The statistics functionality within SUNScholar allows you to see how many times your thesis has been accessed and used.

Ons wil graag alle Desember-graduandi namens SUNScholar gelukwens met hul graduasie gedurende Desember 2012! Tesisse is nou via SUNScholar<http://scholar.sun.ac.za/> beskikbaar. SUNScholar is die ooptoegang digitale navorsingsbewaarplek van die Universiteit van Stellenbosch. Gedurende die pas afgelope inhandigingsperiode het ons 396 tesisse ontvang, wat nou digitaal bewaar sal word vir die toekoms.

Om toegang te verkry tot u tesis, doen asb. 'n outeursoektog<https://scholar.sun.ac.za/handle/10019.1/804/browse?type=author> deur u van in te sleutel. Indien geen embargo van toepassing is nie, sal ander navorsers nou u tesis kan lees, daarna kan verwys, en nuwe navorsing kan doen wat gebou is op bestaande navorsing. Skep asb. 'n skakel van bestaande webbladsye of vanaf u CV na die SUNScholar-bladsy. Google sal ook spoedig die tesisse begin indekseer om die sigbaarheid van US navorsing te verhoog. Die statistiek-funksionaliteit binne SUNScholar laat u toe om te sien hoe wyd u tesis gelees en gebruik word.
