Net weer 'n vriendelike herinnering - studente kan nou genomineer word vir inhandiging van tesisse met die oog op die Maart 2011 gradeplegtigheid. Die afsnydatum vir hierdie elektroniese inhandiging is 2 Maart 2011.

Net 'n kort opsomming van die 3 stappe betrokke:
1.       Studieleier/promotor/administratiewe personeellid  nomineer<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/nomineer.htm> student via portaal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Personeel_Portaal_Inteken/Tab>.
2.       Student/ander laai tesis<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/voorberei.htm> op SUNScholar<http://etd.sun.ac.za/>. Studente moet asb SU studentenommer aantekeningbesonderhede gebruik.
3.       Studieleier/promotor/administratiewe personeellid  keur tesis goed<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/nomineer.htm> via portaal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Personeel_Portaal_Inteken/Tab>. Dui aan of oop of  beperkte toegang geld tot tesis. Indien beperkte toegang geld moet die nodige toestemming asb. saam met die tesis opgelaai word, of gestuur word aan scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za> .

Just a reminder - students can now be nominated for submitting their theses for the March 2011 graduation. The cut-off date for submissions is 2 March 2011.

A brief summary of the three steps involved:
1.       Study leader/promoter/administrative staff member nominates<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/nominate.htm> student via portal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Staff_portal_login>.
2.       Student/other submits<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/prepare.htm> thesis via SUNScholar<http://etd.sun.ac.za/>. Students must please use SU student no. campus login.
3.       Study leader/promoter/administrative staff member approves<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/nominate.htm> thesis via portal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Staff_portal_login>. If restricted access applies, please furnish proof that permission has been granted for the above mentioned thesis to be placed under embargo by e-mailing it to scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za>, or submit documentation together with thesis.
