Studente kan vanaf vandag 1 September 2010 genomineer word via die personeelportaal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Personeel_Portaal_Inteken/Tab>.
1. Student berei finale dokument voor<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/voorberei.htm> (nadat alle korreksies aanbeveel deur eksaminator ens. aangebring is).
2. Studieleier/Promotor/Administratiewe beampte nomineer<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/nomineer.htm> student via die personeelportaal.
3. Student/Ander laai tesis/proefskrif op<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/afr/oplaai.htm> in pdf formaat.
4. Studieleier/Promotor/Administratiewe beampte keur item goed via die personeelportaal nadat geverifieer is dat die korrekte weergawe van die dokument opgelaai is.

Alle tesisse en proefskrifte is nou oorgetrek vanaf die vorige stelsel (SUNeTD http://etd.sun.ac.za ) na SUNScholar (http://scholar.sun.ac.za ). Baie dankie aan elkeen wat 'n bydrae gelewer het en steeds lewer t.o.v. waardetoevoeging.
Om 'n tesis op SUNScholar te soek: Doen gewoon 'n "Advanced Search", en spesifiseer onder "Type" "Thesis". Kliek hier<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/search_thesis_demo/search_thesis_demo.htm> om na 'n kort demonstrasie te kyk.
Teken in op 'n versameling in SUNScholar

Submission of theses & dissertations December 2010 Graduation Ceremony
Students can be nominated from today 1 September 2010 via the staff portal<http://my.sun.ac.za/portal/page/portal/Staff_Personeel/Staff_portal_login>.
1. Student prepares<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/prepare.htm> final document (following corrections proposed by examiner etc.).
2. Supervisor/Promotor/Administrative Officer nominates<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/nominate.htm> student.
3. Student/Other submits<http://library.sun.ac.za/etd/english/submit.htm> thesis/dissertation in pdf format.
4. Supervisor/Promotor/Administrative Officer approves that correct version of thesis/dissertation has been submitted.
