You are invited to the next SUNScholar Submitter Training Session. Please note that more sessions are to follow.

Venue: De Necker Room, JS Gericke Library

Expected outcome
At the end of this session you would be able to submit an item in digital format to SUNScholar, the full text open access and central digital research repository of the University of Stellenbosch.

Who should attend?
Anyone interested in/ with the responsibility to submit research output by their departments/ faculties/ unit. Even if you don't plan to submit anything but are just curious on how the process works, you are most welcome!

Please prepare ....
.... by logging in as follows:
1. Go to https://scholar.sun.ac.za/xmlui
2. Click on "Login".
3. Click on "Campus Authentication".
4. Login with your campus Username and Password. And that's it!

Please register
We can accommodate maximum 20 delegates at a time.
Please register by sending and e-mail to: scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za> before Wednesday 03/03/2010 12:00.

Aan die einde van die sessie behoort jy 'n item in digitale formaat te kan oplaai op SUNScholar, die volteks oop toegang en sentrale digitale navorsingsbewaarplek van die Universiteit van Stellenbosch.

Wie behoort dit by te woon?
Enigeen wat belangstel in/ of met die verantwoordelikheid om navorsingsuitsette deur 'n spesifieke departement/ fakulteit/ eenheid op te laai. Selfs al beplan jy om nie op te laai nie maar stel net belang in hoe die proses werk, is jy meer as welkom.

Berei asb voor ....
.... deur soos volg aan te teken:
1. Gaan na https://scholar.sun.ac.za/xmlui
2. Klik op "Login".
3. Klik op "Campus Authentication".
4. Teken aan met jou kampusgebruikersnaam en wagwoord. En dit is al!

Registreer asb.
Ons kan 20 afgevaardigdes per sessie akkommodeer.
Registreer asb. deur 'n e-pos te stuur aan: scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za> voor Woensdag 03/03/2010 12:00.
