[Scholar] Progress update

Hi All

Just to keep us all in the loop. Here is a summary of the situation so far.

Wouter can only spend quality time on the project when he is finished with phase one of the Aleph/PRIMO upgrade, which is scheduled for the end of Feb 2010.
Therefore the site will be used in "beta" mode until then using the Java interface.

This list will be used for co-ordinating and recording discussions regarding the repository.
I think thats the big picture so far.
