[Scholar] SU Inaugural Addresses/ US Intreeredes

Beste kollegas

Hierdie e-pos veral gerig aan die Fakulteitsbibliotekarisse. Ons is tans in die proses om alle intreeredes op SUNScholar te laai, die nuwe digitale navorsingsbewaarplek van die Universiteit van Stellenbosch. Ongelukkig het ons net enkeles wat ons kon oplaai. Hierdie is dus 'n groot versoek van ons kant af vir jul hulp. Kan julle asb. help om hierdie versameling volledig te kry deur jule departemente/ fakulteite te kontak en hulle te vra om intreeredes oor die jare gelewer vir ons aan te stuur? Vra hulle ook asb. om alle toekomstige intreeredes aan te stuur aan scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za> . Sodoende kan ons dan ook verseker wees dat al hierdie waardevolle items sentraal en digitaal bewaar word vir die toekoms.

Ons kan hierdie nie sonder jul hulp doen nie, en vra baie mooi dat julle asb sal help.

We are now in the process of submitting all inaugural addresses to SUNScholar, the new digital research repository of the Stellenbosch University. Unfortunately we only have a few to submit. This is therefore a kind request to assist us. Can you please contact your individual departments/ faculties for copies of inaugural addresses delivered over the years? Also ask them to - in future - please send all newly presented inaugural addresses to scholar at sun.ac.za<mailto:scholar at sun.ac.za> . This way we can also guarantee that all is centrally and digitally preserved for the future.
