am a master’s student at the University of Cape Town in the Computer Science Department.<b class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0"> </b></p>

The purpose of the research is to develop an understanding of what users of digital repositories perceive as metadata anomalies and how they would prefer these metadata anomalies presented in the user interface.<span class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0" style="margin:0px"> </span><b class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Participants
should be individuals who work with metadata in digital repositories. These can be individuals with both prior and current experience in working with metadata.</b> </p>
<p class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0" style="margin:0px 0px 8pt;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);color:rgb(36, 36, 36);font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">
The research is conducted online via an online survey and will require 15-20 minutes of the participant’s time. </p>

information will be required. Information gathered will be treated confidentially and utilized exclusively for this research. General information such as age, location, job title and years of experience will be asked as part of the survey. </p>
