I would like to remind you that the 2019 BMA Information Fund is now open for applications. The fund provides health information and educational materials to health-focused organisations in low-income countries.<br>
We work in partnership with Health Books International to provide resources that are tailored to the specific education and training needs of health workers operating in low-resource settings. Materials available include books, practical guides and tools, DVDs
and CDs.<br>
Since 2000, we have provided over 300 donations of books and other information materials to organisations in 70 countries worldwide. Our donations span the globe, focussing on low-income countries in Africa and Asia as well as island states, which face significant
health challenges.<br>
Have a look at our webpage for more information on the initiatives we have previously supported and information on how to apply. The application deadline is 8 November 2019, but applications are capped at 100 so early application is encouraged!<br>
