<div>We have now upgraded OpenDocs (<a href="https://opendocs.ids.ac.uk/opendocs/">https://opendocs.ids.ac.uk/opendocs/</a>), the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) Institutional Repository to DSpace 5.5 with Mirage 2 Theme. </div>

<div>We also migrated to a new server from Debian Wheezy to Ubuntu server 16.04. We are using Atmire's CUA module (<a href="https://www.atmire.com/modules/content-usage-analysis-for-dspace">https://www.atmire.com/modules/content-usage-analysis-for-dspace</a>)
for content and usage analysis statistics, deployed the RIOXX metadata (a facility that RCUK uses to monitor OA compliance), installed the IRUS-UK (<a href="http://www.irus.mimas.ac.uk/">http://www.irus.mimas.ac.uk/</a>) module used for aggregating download
statistics among UK respositories and will be rolling out Document Streaming (<a href="https://www.atmire.com/modules/document-streaming-for-dspace">https://www.atmire.com/modules/document-streaming-for-dspace</a>) capabilities soon. </div>

<div>OpenDocs is the central digital repository for all OA publications, therefore we operate a 'Deposit once but use everywhere' policy, for example</div>
<div>

<li>publications are first deposited in OpenDocs and then metadata is harvested via OAI-PMH to the CMS that runs the IDS website (see
<a href="http://www.ids.ac.uk/publications">http://www.ids.ac.uk/publications</a>) and use the xoai metadata schema for this as it offers a richer metadata attributes set.<br>
</li><li>a similar arragment is used for the IDS Bulletin, the IDS OA journal (<a href="http://bulletin.ids.ac.uk/idsbo">http://bulletin.ids.ac.uk/idsbo</a>) on the OJS platform<br>
</li><li>as well as other systems such as OKhub (<a href="https://www.okhub.org/">https://www.okhub.org/</a>), Making All Voices Count (<a href="http://www.makingallvoicescount.org/publication/transforming-governance-can-technology-help-reshape-democracy/">http://www.makingallvoicescount.org/publication/transforming-governance-can-technology-help-reshape-democracy/</a>)
just to mention a few.<br>
