<div>Many faculty members, librarians, and other higher education staff members have experience working individually on projects, but not collaborative projects that can be large scale or interdepartmental. Projects like these require project management as
a priority. Furthermore, in many cases, it is necessary to utilize experience in various departments within and outside of the library. A planning document called a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which serves as an agreement between all stakeholders.</div>

<div>In this webinar, the presenters will discuss their experiences in creating an MOU template along with a workbook of related resources available at <a href="http://bit.ly/utamou" target="_blank">bit.ly/utamou</a><<a href="http://bit.ly/utamou" target="_blank">http://bit.ly/utamou</a>>. They will discuss how you can adapt this template to fit the ends of
your particular institution, and what local issues may need to be taken into account. They will also discuss the various specialized templates that are also included in the workbook, including a template for systematic reviews and for epublishing OA journals.
The completion of this webinar and the access to the MOU workbook will enable participants to develop MOU templates that will meet the needs of their institutions.</div>
