<p class="MsoNormal">This is a discussion list to discuss, communicate, and share information on all open access and other scholarly related issues in Africa and South Africa. Topics addressed through this mailing list include: General Open Access, Open Scholarship,
Open Journals, Open Conferences, Open institutional repositories, Open source, Open Science, Open Data, Digital Curation, Digital Preservation, Digitization and other related topics.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This mailing list is aimed at HEI’s interested in the topics mentioned, and although trying to create a platform to discuss these topics and the implementation of open access in Africa and South Africa mainly, it is open for anybody all
over the world, from any country. Anybody should feel free to contribute and share!
