Dear all,

Maybe of interest.

UNESCO has just launched its Open Science Platform<https://open-science.unesco.org/>
South African profile: https://open-science.unesco.org/dashboards/country/ZAF?from=global

Key features of the Platform include:

  *   Tracking global progress across UNESCO Member States on multiple dimensions of open science through an interactive dashboard<https://open-science.unesco.org/dashboards/global>, based on quantitative and qualitative survey data from UNESCO's first consultation on the implementation of the 2021 Recommendation on Open Science;
  *   Exploring a growing collection of research products from UNESCO's major science programmes, awards and fellowship initiatives through an InvenioRDM-powered portal providing detailed metadata, open access status and impact indicators for each resource;
  *
Accessing to curated highlights and plain-language summaries that translate complex findings from UNESCO-led or UNESCO-supported research into actionable insights for policymakers and non-specialist audiences.

Learn more about the Platform here<https://www.unesco.org/en/articles/launch-unesco-open-science-platform>.

The "collection" uses Lens metadata, which uses OpeAlex metadata, which uses DOAJ data.

Kind regards,
Ina
