**** Apologies for cross-posting ****
Dear all,
We are happy to invite you to two major DataCite events taking place in November. Both events are open to the public and free of charge.
On 06 November, 15:00 UTC, you will get the chance to “Explore DataCite Metadata with OpenAlex”. In this webinar, we will showcase the new integration between OpenAlex and DataCite, explain how users can work with OpenAlex to find and analyze DataCite DOIs and their relationships, and share tips for DataCite members about optimizing their metadata for discoverability.

Join our annual community meeting on 12/13 November 2025 to celebrate all that we have accomplished together this year, highlight community stories and use cases, and discuss where we’re headed next. This online event is open to everyone and will take place across multiple sessions to feature a range of topics and accommodate global time zones. You can find more information and register for all sessions on our website. Register: https://datacite.org/events/list/?tribe_eventcategory%5B0%5D=205
All sessions will be recorded and made publicly available along with slides for your reference.
Please share this invite within your networks.
Best regards,
