[IRTalk] Speaker and programme updates for OAPSA 2025

OASPA’s annual conference is the only event that brings together the whole
of the open access community, accelerating connection, discovery and new
thinking. Our 2025 conference will focus on the complexities we know we
face in asking how we achieve a future with 100% open access.

Collectively we will consider the key questions that arise from pursuing
this goal and you can review our programme topics updated with speakers we
have confirmed on our conference programme page

will be updated with session abstracts and a full speaker list over the
coming weeks.

Join us 22-24 September 2025 at the Irish College Leuven
<https://www.irishcollegeleuven.eu/> in Belgium to exchange thoughts with a
global network of experts and peers, and to help us shape the future of
open access.
The schedule allows plenty of time for delegates to connect with each
other, and registration includes coffee breaks, lunches and two evening
receptions so you can network, meet new colleagues and catch up.
