[IRTalk] OASPA launches recommendations to tackle inequity in Open Access publishing

OASPA is pleased to share our recommended practices on financial and
workflow barriers in open access publishing

revisions following peer-review and open consultation earlier in the year.
Today's published version includes points for publishing organisations as
well as those who purchase, or pay for, or invest in scholarly publishing.

The release of these resources is not a destination, but a milestone along
a journey. To discuss this work further, and help us formulate next steps,
