Dear Colleagues,

As part of an investigation into digital preservation platforms, I invite
you to join a session with LibNova on the 30th. LibNova technologies are
used by more than 50 institutions worldwide, including national libraries,
university libraries and national archives and museums. Some information:

To join the session:
Date: 30 November 2021
Time: 1 - 2:30 PM

Some background information:

*LIBSAFE is an advanced OAIS / ISO14721-aligned digital preservation
software,* designed for long-term preservation of any kind of object in any
size and format, with any major metadata schema (even user-defined), and
will work with your current storage, cataloguing and discovery systems,
together with robust security and audit programs.

These are our main digital preservation products:

*LIBSAFE Go *is the best preservation system available that you can use
without implementation: plug & play! It is a very powerful and easy to use
system that gives you a lot, out of the box, at a really good price.

*LIBSAFE Advanced* includes all the functionality of Go, with added
flexibility and configurability and also with really robust architecture
and advanced automation. LIBSAFE Advanced, for instance, is what the
British Library is using to preserve its huge and complex collections; when
you have thousands or millions of objects that look the same, Advanced is a
great solution.

And *LABDRIVE* is for research data management and preservation. A really
innovative approach that has been winning recognition

by leading organizations worldwide in the last few months. LABDRIVE is
usually connected with platforms like Zenodo or Dataverse.

OpenAccess is an *optional module for discovery and access *to the
collections you have preserved. You can see it in action at
https://openaccess.libnova.com/.

They can be a cloud service or deployed on your own premises.

Reagrds,

Wynand
