Good day everyone!

As you may know, I retired from Wits University Library on 31 December
2020, after nearly 38 years’ service.  Many of you were subscribers to my
online Copyright & A2K Issues newsletters, which ran for some 23 years on
various platforms.

I have set up a small consultancy “Scholarly Horizons” to continue working
in the fields of copyright, open access, scholarly communications and
