1.       How do you (your office) receive ETDs?

2.       Per Graduation period, how often to you receive all ETDs?

3.       Do you sometimes struggle to get all ETDs?

4.       Do you use Self-Submission functionality or IR staff upload by themselves

5.       Do you Watermark your ETDs?

6.       If you are using Self-Submission system, does the system does the Watermarking?
