[IRTalk] DOAJ journals - download & use in Excel

Dear Ina,

I have taken some time to go through the list.

I will like caution all that there are some questionable Journals (Don't
want to use "Predatory" Journals).
Examples are "Journal of Advocacy, Research and Education" published by KAD
International in Ghana  and  Chinese Medical Journal published by Wolters
Kluwer Medknow Publications in India ( could be a hijacked journal).
