[IRTalk] Predatory publishing from a global south perspective - Reggie Raju

Dear Colleagues

Predatory publishing of great concern for all working in research, because it has a huge impact as far as "trusted research" concerns. In 2017 an article was published in SA Journal of Science<http://www0.sun.ac.za/crest/?news=predatory-scholarly-publishing-south-africa> to report on what is happening in SA. The blog article below some suggestions on how to move forward. All involved in supporting research plays an important role to prevent predatory publishing from growing, across the research sector.
