[IRTalk] Hilton Gibson passed away

[Stephen Akintunde]

What a loss! Hilton was quite inspirational in his complete devotion to
open access; many times I thought 'how compulsively passionate a
professional could be!'. May the good Lord comfort his family and immediate
colleagues. Condolences from Nigeria.
