[IRTalk] Hilton Gibson passed away

Dear Dr. Leti,

It is very sad to hear the demise of Mr. Hilton Gibson. He was a great open
access advocate and always in the forefront to help librarians in setting
up IRs. Our condolences to his family and friends. May God rest his soul in
peace.
