[IRTalk] Hilton Gibson passed away

What a loss for us all.  Every one of Hilton's posts was worth reading - he
was an excellent filter for OA developments.  He has mentored many of us
and shared his expertise so generously.  Sincere condolences to his family
and colleagues.
We will miss his spirit and vibrant contributions.
