Richard Poynder is the secret information source for most of my open access
related posts on the IRTalk mailing list.

Unfortunately due to my current medical condition I will no longer be able
to update the IRTalk and Fabteam mailing lists with the latest news related
by Richard on his twitter feed about open access.

All of you are welcome to help take over this task as long as it is
properly moderated.

My aplologies for no longer being able to update the lists.
