[IRTalk] DSpace Service Providers - Do they help or hurt the Open Access cause?

Hi All,

It would be great to have independent conference, free of commercial
influence, that asks the following question?

Are the DSpace Service Providers serving thier own agenda by assisting the
greater DSpace community or the community agenda (if they have a clear one).

Then from that question, develop a programme.
