[IRTalk] How do we slice our LOAF (Library OA Fund)? – LOCH

A number of Universities have introduced funding to support Open Access
publishing in addition to external block grants. We are often asked about
the rationale for our OA fund, so we have produced a short report as part
of the OA Good Practice LOCH Pathfinder Project.
