[IRTalk] CPUT signs Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Sciences, Humanities - CPUT

CPUT has joined over 300 institutions globally who have affirmed their
support to the ideals of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Sciences
and Humanities after Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Prins Nevhutalu, signed the
declaration recently.

By signing the declaration, which seeks to make scientific research more
open and accessible for human development
